AAEKY is a statewide initiative that works to expand access to comprehensive reproductive health care and information throughout Kentucky. The program offers a confidential, no‑cost contraceptive mailing service, sending items like condoms, emergency contraception, pregnancy tests, and over‑the‑counter birth control directly to individuals to overcome barriers like cost, transportation, and privacy concerns. AAEKY also engages in community education and storytelling efforts to reduce stigma and promote informed conversations about reproductive health, conducts provider trainings to improve clinical care and capacity, and partners with local health departments, clinics, schools, and grassroots organizations to support across diverse communities
